Is an equivalent of the Munki Managed Software Center within the scope of the gorilla project?
I didn't see any mention of it yet. But this is a highly desirable feature to allow our Windows users to self-install applications from our catalog without admin privileges.

Yes, I think a self service UI for Gorilla is critical.
I don’t have any experience with any UI frameworks, let alone Windows native ones, but if no one else is up to the task, I will try to build something eventually.
Getting the core functionality to 1.0 is my current focus.
