Description

When a failure happen that cause a job to requeue (e.g. unity license registration failure) send an email to a dedicated mailing address

Goals

send email alert when we have a failure that causes a requeue to happen

Tasks

setup nodemailer and config to send email
send email when the situation arises

carmenfan added the Maintenance label
