Fix 2 issues:

  1. Align release paths at the deployment time and at the release pipeline time
  2. Cluster ID is not being outputted correctly when the cluster is re-deployed

DoD

  1. Define release paths for dev, stg and prod at deployment time and release time and implement it on the code
  2. Select cluster ID if already existing
