Describe the bug
Header badges not updating after add/edit on event/family.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to add family/add event
Fill in form details.
Submit form.

Expected behavior
Family/event badge refreshes.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows
Browser: chrome

Additional context
Need to refresh list of badge families/events.
