Hi,
I was using Green for testing today on my android (Samsung galaxy S24), and found that a receiving transaction on BTC didn't show up, even after several confirms. When I clicked on "Assets" and then "BTC" I could see "Block Height 0" which at least strongly suggests that the problem is that I have no connection, either SPV or electrum server style, to the blockchain, which would explain the symptom (though there is no warning sign or message shown; it just shows 0 balance and no transactions).
I recovered the 12 word seed on another wallet and verified that the receiving transaction has in fact taken place.
I did not select Tor, nor change the network defaults in any way. My app version is 4.1.3 and my android version is 14.
The experience would be quite seriously distressing for an everyday user to see no funds received, even after 6+ confirmations on block explorers, because they have no way to verify that they didn't enter the address incorrectly, nor any information whatsoever about the status of the network (blockchain) connection.
(I think it's been about 2-3 hours now and the tx has at least 6-7 confirmations)
