Trim down default display info for bikes list

@FeXd please see attached pic and let me know which info items should/could be skipped on the list, and any order of preference for their appearance. (i feel the color/make should be first as most folks will refer to a bike as 'the yellow Schwin' instead of by serial number).

ps - color/make link goes to edit the bike, and serial number link goes to the police serial number check website and auto loads the clipboard with the serial number so you can paste and search there easily.

In the table view, I would not show:

• Price Paid
• Recipient Name
• Recipient Phone
• Recipient Age

As discussed today, I think we should reduce the amount of data in the table (as mentioned above).

As well, it would be extremely handy to have a toggle to be able to see only bikes that are available. This likely should be default on, so that it could be used in the shop to figure out which bikes a member could build a bike with.
