As a doer, I want to grant or deny another doer permission to follow all my public habits.

Acceptance Criteria

A doer can check a list of all users who have requested to follow
When a doer clicks on the check mark the user is added to the list of friends and the name is removed from the requested list
When a doer clicks on the X mark the user is not added to the list of friends and the name is removed from the requested list
