In Slack, reminders can make a very noisy channel (despite the individual pings), so it would be nice if the action could DM people their pending PR list so that people only ever get notices for the PRs they need to look at.

Hello, thank you for the suggestion. I think sending DM is a bit different due to permissions, so for now I'm not going to implement this.
