I'm not completely sure, allancoding got the logo. If you could make a new logo I'd appreciate that

EmulatorJS2
That's my first attempt at a logo. Please be brutally honest because I want to actually get better instead of thinking I'm getting better. I did like the original logo but in the corner of your screen you can't tell what it is.

Personally I think it looks great, but should also include something like < /> in the logo (top corner?) to hint that this is for embedded code and not necessarily a stand-alone system.

I think the logo looks a bit like the old one. I really like the idea of pixel art and I'd really like to have something using pixel art as the logo. I'd like the logo to be completely original. I mean, I like the old logo, but I'd like something that doesn't either look like it's a knock off or a copy. I'd like something new, if you know what I mean

Sorry I wasn't able to start sooner but I think before I start I would like to know what you'd want like would you want on the logo, a game cartridge, controller, or console. Those are just some idea's. But before I start I want some sort of basis to go off of

Idk either... @ethanaobrien do you have any thoughts or maybe can upload like a hand drawn sketch of some of your ideas?

Ok, I did have an idea it was like a retro joystick, similar to the atari plug-in play or maybe if you look at webrcades logo we could do something like that. There's also emulatorgames.net also which has a more minimalistic logo. My last idea is a handheld console, (Completly Original) as a silhouette. We can do whichever one you like best or all of them then you can decide

The logo you suggested gave be a pretty good idea for a logo. I think we could make these changes. I really like that mix of colors

  • I think only the name of the software should be pixel art
  • I think the controller needs to be more proportional.
  • Maybe add a red button on the controller. We can take this off if it doesn't look good
  • I think we should put the name of the project on the side of the controller, to fit the whole name

Ok, ill get to it. I did realize that it was unporportinal after I sent it. I also think instead of putting EmulatorJS we should put EmuJS because it. But if you think we should just do EmulatorJS just let me know.

I think we should put EmulatorJS, since I don't want the project name to get confused. You can design it with both EmuJS and EmulatorJS and see how it looks

Sorry I was not able to get emulator js on the side of the controller and I am yet to try to do emu js but I did make a nes cartridge if you would like to use it to make a custom bios or something.

Sorry, it is taking a while It should be done by Sunday. It's been a long time just because of personal projects parties and life in general.

Hey @KingIzzymon ! I was wondering if you wanted to keep helping with documentation on this project. Could you let me know? If so, it'd be helpful if you could join the new emulatorjs discord server (found in the emulatorjs project readme). Thank you!

By the way, I finally got gamepad working for firefox!

Hey! It's been a while. I'm sorry but I won't have much free time in the foreseeable future... This new job I got is really monopolizing my time.
