Bulk update for submissions

I just had to click through 60+ submissions to reject them one by one.

It would be better to have a the ability to search, e.g. by track and state, and then bulk update everything. Once I have all accepted talks reconfirmed I know I will need to reject everything else and it would be nice to do this in less than 250 mouse clicks (I did the math on that one, yes)

This is already possible on the review page:

Would be useful to add this to the devroom manager though. More in general I think it is somewhat confusing to have to lists of talks.
