Remove `_reduce_code` #22

The function _reduce_code should not be needed:

SymbolicNeuralNetworks.jl/src/utils/build_function.jl

Lines 93 to 95 in 8d610cc

    
           function _reduce_code(code::Tuple{Expr, Expr}) 
        
               contains(string(code[1]), "ˍ₋out") ? code[2] : code[1] 
        
           end

We can remove this once JuliaSymbolics/Symbolics.jl#1382 is fixed.
