1、怎么让最外层的线框围绕内圆圆心转动起来呢？
2、如果我只是变更percent的值， 那理论上应该只修改值跟对应的waveRect的高，而不是重新绘制waveRect的高，您能明白我得意思吗，就是我如果1分钟修改一次percent的值的话，波浪的高度会每次随着percent的值重新绘制波浪的图形，所以我希望是改变percent的值仅仅是更新而不是重新绘制图形，这个要怎么修改呢？
