Application will now reopen, after an update has been retrieved

Update installer

• Adding Squirrel.Windows install features.
• With this, it'll grab latest when you run the application. Then the next time you load, you'll be running the newer version.

Report a Repair

User can now report that they have repaired a part. To run, please download both the setup.exe and the ImprezGarage.application files.
