Issue description:

Open Cover UI not supported in VS 2017.

From looking around, it appears that AxoCover/AxoTools wraps OpenCover and does support VS 2017.

AxoTools looks like an amazing replacement for this tool, it also includes OpenCover in the VSIX file saving you the hassle if installing that!

Unfortunately, AxoTools does not support dot-net-core yet.
