[Feature request] Hot key for "Stretch to Display Area"

Hot key for "Stretch to Display Area". It's quite tedious to change it without a hot key in a game, especially for 21:9/32:9 monitors.

You can already do this in the home menu.
I don't think it makes sense to add a hotkey for every single setting in existence

Actually, for 21:9/32:9 monitors and 21:9/32:9 game patches I suppose that it makes a lot of sense for this setting because this kind of option has to be used in a game and you have to pause it, then go to the home menu, change it for a video clip, then after watching the video clip pause it again, go to the home menu and change it back for the actual game (after the ending of a video clip).

Some games don't support a pause during video clips, it becomes even worse.
