Falling raster does not respect selected stream ID #22

When a BULKIO stream has multiple stream IDs, the falling raster seems to arbitrarily pick a stream to plot even when from the settings panel, you select a specific signal and hide the rest (uncheck the box next to the signals not of interest).

Confirmed the reported issue. A project ticket has been created and will be added to the backlog for prioritization and completion.
