Currently relative links do not work with the SingleStaticHtmlWriter (this problem could exist in other writers as well). Support for relative links would be beneficial.

I just had a page where I used

[12. Throughput](#12-throughput)

in the Markdown which works fine. But in Confluence not because the link would have to be

DataProviderNFRs-12.Throughput

where "DataProvider - NFRs" is the title of the page. Is the mentioned issue here about this basically?

If the behaviour is somewhat consistent across Confluence versions I could try implementing this.

@asgrim "relative" as in "same file" or "same directory tree"?
