Original report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/stellarium/+bug/1106771

This is feature request from old bug tracker.

This program should have printer capability i.e. (portrait or Landscape mode). The ability to print out 'Star Atlas' quality charts of portions of the sky either when zoomed in or out would be beneficial, especially if you are into astronomy as I have been for the last 30 yrs as an avid amateur enthusiast. This would be the 'icing' on the cake to speak of. . . .it would give you the ability to take with you outside Atlas quality charts that could be used during the night when doing actual observation with a telescope or binoculars.
