Reproduction steps

  1. installed cura
  2. tried to open it
  3. error "UltiMaker-Cura.exe doesnt respond

it wont open

Your PC may be having a data overload. Try closing out other windows, programs, or anything else that may be causing it to freeze. Otherwise (If you have a tower Windows 10) you could upgrade your RAM, CPU, or even hard drive. From experience, you need APX. 3GB of RAM, 2.0GHz Quad-Core CPU, and at least 150MB/s disc read speed. If none of these work... then I don't know. To check system info, go to settings>search>about and there should be CPU and RAM info from the hardware. I hope this helps!
