Need from the user's point of view

As a feedback requester of feedback It would be better to ask for anonymous feedbacks (instead of nominated by mail address).

This view

Should be like

same when reading a feedback.

As a feedback giver of feedback it's ok to see who has receive your feedback (at least to see what feedback has been given).
