Web-only install problem

I am trying to do a Web-only install on a Racknerd VPS running Debian 12 but when running the ./misc/web_only_setup.sh script it stops with following error:

I have tried to reboot but it doesn't help. I saw that another user had the same problem a couple of weeks ago but I didn't really understand how he fixed it.
When I run the ./misc/support_info.sh it ends with "indi-allsky virtualenv is not created".

I remember the other issue. Are you using screen, tmux, or byobu?

I am not a linux guy and don't know what that is. I log in to the VPS with ssh from a windows comand window.

But you gave me an idea. I tried install it using putty now and it seems to work! :-)

I do seem to recall some people mentioning having issues installing from the console. I will try to do some testing.
