FEATURE REQUEST about file transfer (on FTP)

Hi :)

INDI is set to upload many files on my FTP.
I access to images trough internet, like other people on my web server.

1 - If we access to the sky picture (remote image) during the file upload, the image is not fully displayed (because the upload is not finished).
Please, could you upload the "lastest" with a temporary filename, then rename it. Like that, we always have the full image.

2 - Please, could you add a LASTEST file for the KEOGRAM? In addition of the DATE-HOur-file

3 - Please, could you add a LASTEST file for the STARTRAIL?

For 2 and 3, like that we can always use the same URL to display the keogram and startrail.

I just merged #1874 which includes atomic file transfers for a few of the transfer methods. I have updated the wiki.

As for the others, there views for this, but there are no direct links to them. I have not come up with a good way of showing the links without overcrowding the menu.
