Can't get tab complete to work

I've tried running zoxide in both bash and zsh with the terminals kitty, alacritty, and urxvt and none of these configurations gets tab complete to work. I can start typing, hit tab, nothing is shown, then I hit enter and go to the first matched directory. Here's what I have in my bashrc
