What?

Some users don’t understand the relationship between the DS and Frontend. Users perceive that here is little to no training on how to use the Design System and it’s relationship to Frontend

So what?

Users ability to use the Design System will be compromised by ack of knwoledge.

What now?

Explore ways we can help users understand that the Design System is part of a whole which includes GOV.UK Frontend and the Design System community.

This has a costly negative impact. We've had service designers copy lumps of code from the Design System, and hack them into place, such that the frontend of a prominent form is a total mess.
