What

Users find it hard to keep up with updates and changes within the DS

So what

Users may not have confidence that they are using the latest version of a thing. Teams need time to schedule in the work required to make significant updates to Frontend. We don’t know enough about what this really means for users

Now what?

Continue doing what we're doing to communicate. Expand current channels and explore different channels of communication and timing of major releases. This will need more research.

Patterns and guidance change without me knowing. This makes my hard earned learning unreliable. Is what I learn from it in the past still valid today? Do I have to read everything each time I visit it in case something has changed?
Not getting a notification when it is updated or when an update is coming soon. It is frustrating to create a design, usability test it, get it signed off, raise a ticket with dev, get it though QAT and then see the component or the guidance has changed a day or so after.
