Enable SSO for StatusPage and configure user groups

User Need

As a system administrator,
I want to enable Google SSO for the Status Page,
so that off-boarding users becomes more efficient and security risks are reduced by managing access centrally.

Functional Requirements (What):

We should enable Google SSO for govukgds1617206797, by giving different levels of permissions to different Google groups similar to GOV.UK Terraform Cloud Access Google Group.

Non-Functional Requirements (How):

• Follow the instructions inhttps://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/configure-saml-single-sign-on-with-an-identity-provider/

• ⚠️ You will need to ask someone from Senior Tech to enable it in the UI or temporally grant you permissions to be able to do it

• Permission groups are updated

  • administrators - Org Admin GOV.UK Senior Tech Members Google Group
  • user-access-admin - Site Admin User Access Admin- Platform Teams + 2nd line Tech leads
  • statuspage-users - GOV.UK Technical 2nd Line Support

• Post in govuk-developers slack.

• Update J/M/L issue template and docs.

Acceptance Criteria:

• SSO is enabled
• Permission groups are updated
• Docs are updated
