When dragging selection, mouse pointer is not alligned with the selection tool

I need some help here. For some reason, while I'm dragging to create a selection, my mouse pointer is not aligned with the selection. There is a kind of gap between them. Does anyone know why this is happening? This gap have the same size of one column. I'm also using 3 types of data, line, area and bar.
