Feature request: preload session history with global history on startup

Native shell history is session based, but would load previous history on startup to populate history.
Currently, atuin can be set to use session mode, but for new shell the history is empty, requiring user to change mode in order to access previous history.
It would be nice to add this little feature to atuin.
