[Bug] Rotate not working for iOS #22

Rotate not working for iOS. Look like that we don't have that function inside the .ios.ts file.

It's possible that one wasn't implemented: https://github.com/bradmartin/nativescript-image-filters#important-note or at least tested if it was available to be implemented. If you have time to look into we can accept a PR to improve this.
