The did:web method specification allows port numbers in url encoded format as part of the method-specific-id: https://w3c-ccg.github.io/did-method-web/#method-specific-identifier
method-specific-id
Example: did:web:example.com%3A3000.
did:web:example.com%3A3000
The library does not allow % in the method-specific-id. The current version of the DID specification. It seems this library is out of date.
%
So, my question, is this library still supported? If not, can you state this in the README and or archive the repo?
