Current Behavior

Trying to complete -ldflags whithin -shell which is also a Split() fails.

cargo-watch --shell 'go build -ldflags -<TAB>
# cargo-watch --shell 'go build -ldflags -w '

Expected Behavior

-ldflags argument should be quoted.
