File Icons duplicated on Gitlab

What issue are you experiencing?

In Gitlab, this extension doesn't replace the icons properly in the Changes view of Merge Requests, insteads adding a second icon left of the gitlab provided icon

Can't reproduce on https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/merge_requests/6829/diffs.

I'll update to the newest gitlab version and see if the error still occurs

I can reproduce if you open (click), close (click again), and open again a folder actually.
