Update the portuguese translatation of ember page

Hello everyone, how are u doing?

In the past I translated the React Native docs to portuguease (#729), the mr. @jonniebigodes helped me a lot with the reviews,
now, I have more time to help the storybook library and will be good if I translate again, I see that the react native docs are up to date, so if it is interessing for the comunnity, I want to translate the ember page!

Maybe on future I can help with the other fronts, suggestions are welcome!
