Short paper for the Journal of Open Source Software?

Hello Christian,

I recently saw on google scholar that DTComPair has been cited several times in (excellent) medical journals. I thought it could be a great opportunity to write a short technical paper about it for JOSS (https://joss.theoj.org/), since there seems to be a real need for the package.

If this sounds interesting to you, I’ve actually taken the liberty of drafting the paper. Would you be open to taking a look at it? If so, I can send it to you via email and we can continue this conversation there.

thanks. I have been thinking about a (brief) journal publication too, for quite a while actually.
I am entirely sure yet what the right format/ target journal would be, but I am happy to discuss this offline.
