We use taglab to annote coral reefs. We don't change anything in the dictionary settings however, out of the blue taglab crashes and does not restart again. See screenshot for error message. Our only solution has been to wipe the laptop completely and reinstall taglab, however we cannot keep doing this. Anyone else having a similar issue?

@SanneTu does your team use different versions of TagLab by chance? Someone else had this issue, and it was because they were using different branches (versions) and sharing data with each other.

Hi Jordan, thanks for replying! No we are not using different versions of taglab. We only use one computer at the time to finish a project as we were worried that that might be the cause of it crashing. We don't move any files in between

This is the dictionary file we use, we did not change it and redownloading it and uploading it does not seem to help either

We're having the same problem. Not using different versions of Taglab either but have been using different computers to access the same file.

Hi Matt, that's unfortunate! We have not found a solution yet
