[v1.0-rc/bug] Page goes white when deprecate a dataset in new UI

Describe the bug
The page goes white when deprecating a dataset.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Visit https://demo.datahubproject.io/dataset/urn:li:dataset:(urn:li:dataPlatform:postgres,calm-pagoda-323403.jaffle_shop.orders,PROD)/Columns?is_lineage_mode=false
• Click on the Mark as deprecated button, the window will popup.
• Click on the "decommission Date" label or selectbox.
• The page goes white.

This works on my local environment as well: DATAHUB_VERSION=v1.0.0rc1 docker compose --profile debug-elasticsearch,debug up -d

Expected behavior
The date select window should show up.
