Describe the feature

An option on Processing settings to set custom default metadata values to files.

Reason for adding

I want this feature because I have 360 songs and all music apps shows 300+ albums, I have one album per one or two songs, it's ridiculous and the same situation happens with Artis names. I know this isn't a Ytdlnis bug but can be a good feature to improve user experience.

Nothing more, thanks for the hard work and dedication to this project, on my opinion the best content downloader and the integration with Revanced YouTube is amazing!
