Note:
This issue only occurs on Windows platform.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch to Windows.
2.Navigate to 'My Recipes'.
3.Click 'Korean Egg Roll'
4.Click 'Edit'
5.Type more text into the 'Recipe' area.

Actual result:
We can't see what we typed.

Expected result:
We can see what we typed.

Not a regression. It is also reproduced on 9.0.30 & 8.0.3.
