Need option to not put expired messages in dead message queue

To reduce resource needs, it would be nice to have a configuration option to not put expired messages in a dead message queue. We don't need expired messages but we have other needs for the dead message queue. This option would allow similar behavior to what ActiveMQ provides (we're trying to move away from ActiveMQ).
