Flatpak Yuzu can't launch games after installing org.freedesktop.Platform.VulkanLayer.vkBasalt//23.08
NO vkbasalt settings changed or even applied. In flatseal no ENABLE_VKBASALT=1 for yuzu specified
Don't know if this is relevant, with yuzu closing and all that
