External Survey URL limit to only 243 characters

Bug description

When using the External Survey, the URL saved in the database only allows 243 characters, but the textbox itself allows all the necessary characters. For example, my URL has 804 characters, but after saving, only 243 characters are stored.

I'm testing in cloud so I don't have access to this logs.

Steps To reproduce

1. Go to Entity Form
2. Go to Assistance tab
3. Go to Configuring the satisfaction survey
4. Choose External survey
5. Set URL parameters more than 243 characters.
6. Check the URL is incomplete only 243 characters are allowed.
