Editor warns about unknown argument for the -s parameter

Issue description

Running a script with godot --headless -s script.gd prints this warning:

WARNING: Unknown command line argument "-s". User arguments should be passed after a -- or ++ separator, e.g. "-- -s".
     at: setup (main/main.cpp:1809)

Replacing it with --script or removing --headless gives the same warning.

Probably a regression from #98895.
