Being able to run the full CRMS CGI under Docker would give us much more flexibility when developing code that has a UI component, and when soliciting PR feedback.

  • Blocked by Remove specific references to ht_repository in CRMS.pm #151
  • Copy and adapt apache service from babel repo
  • crms.users will need a default user account settable thru ENV and populated in the MariaDB initializer.
  • crms.institutions will need a default institution for autocrms to be assigned to
