Mouse doesn't work in config mode when game mode is active #209

Not a big deal but if game mode is on the mouse doesn't work when in config mode.

I think the descriptor for the relative mouse is not there in the config mode. Thanks for the pointer, I'll see if this is easy to fix or not.
