Let me know what kind of information you need to know.

In AppStore, it says that 14.3 is the minimum required

Having asked that, can I find an old .ipa somewhere? I've got TrollStore, so I should be able to install without even signing it

Is your iPad an iPad Pro? I've got another iOS app rejected on AppStore because it crashes on an iPad Air, maybe related to same issue for RTAB-Map App as the app is based on same code. I cannot reproduce the crash on my iPad Pro though, which makes it difficult to debug on my side.
