Some ciks seem missing

Hi, I very like your library.
It might not be an issue, however I face following point: How is it possible that some CIKS are not present in the search.
For example, I don't see this: 0001689813. In the same time, it's BHVN.

I also ha the same questions as yours.
For the company below, I can get the CIK from EDGAR, however using the company name, I cannot get from the codes no matter using ticker or company names.

It seems that even US companies that have been delisted from exchanges are not included. e.g.:
