Location requirements

We need a location with the following properties:

• fits about 100 people
• has a couple of rooms (10-20 people, beamer / bigger screens)
• has a big gathering space
• has WiFi and power outlets
• can be used Friday + Saturday
• (optional) party on Saturday in the location

How does it work

The location sponsor is the most prominent one of the event: Participants are looking for the company when going there, seeing their brand around the rooms, etc.
We need at least one person from the location to be around to help us set everything up, make us aware of specific venue guidelines and answer questions about the location during the event.

• adesso (still waiting for reply)
• codecentric (2022 and 2023) (high potential!)
• Freeletics (still waiting for reply)
• TU-Munich (@michaelzoidl will ask through Patrick)
• Werk1 (tried last year, didn't reply back)
• MaibornWolff (2024, got this through Sina) (event team can't do it this year)
• VirtualIdentity (2016-2019, has been a great location) (not possible anymore)
• Stadtwerke München (did anybody ask them?)

• June 27/28 or
• July 11/12
