Why money?

At the event some spontaneous expenses come up from time to time. E.g. in 2017 it was so hot, that we filled up a small swimming pool with ice cubes to cool down the drinks, and also our feet :), see here.
Those kind of things we do not plan for, and since we as organizers do not collect any money we want to make sure that we have a sponsor who can cover those things when needed.

How does it work?

Since you are a sponsor, we expect people from your company to be on site, the best way is to bring the money and be available whenever needed. So we can come and ask you to pay whatever comes up as a surprising expense.
