Sometimes some common events happen when installing a software such as not being able to attach disks:
Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[kafka-data-0], unattached volumes=[client-ks-files server-ks-files extensions default-token-jm46g broker-config exitfile jmx-jar-data kafka-data-0 kafka-kafka-jmx-exporter]: timed out waiting for the condition
Or sometimes enough CPU not available on nodes to allocate to a new pod. Such events should be bubbled upto user, so the user can take exact action that should be taken to fix the issues.
