AmEx CVC should validate as 4 digits #69

Unless I'm wrong about this; but I don't think AmEx makes cards with 3 digit CVCs.

I've never seen any AMEX card with anything other than a 4-digit CVC. Surely a bug?

The AMEX card uses the 4 digit number on the front. (see https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/acc/cvv_info-amex_pop-outside)
